Every request to any CartoChrome API endpoint counts as one call. Cached responses (served from CDN) do not count against your limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your monthly counter resets on your plan anniversary.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
You will receive a 429 status code with a JSON error message indicating when your limit resets. Upgrade your plan or wait for the next billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
